1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed. Please note that during festive periods, processing time may take longer than usual.

 

2. METHODS OF SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME

  • Standard shipping: 5 to 7 business days
  • Priority shipping: 3 to 5 business days
  • Special Shipping: 7-10 business days

 

3. COSTS

  • Standard Shipping: We offer free Surface Mode shipping for all orders for delivery across India except for Jammu & Kashmir and North-East India.
  • Priority Shipping: We charge ₹50 to ship the order via Air Mode.
  • Special Shipping: We change ₹50 flat for shipping orders to J&K and North-East India.

 

4. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • We do not offer Free Shipping to Jammu & Kashmir and North-East India under any condition.
  • Only Special Shipping applies to orders from Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura states.
  • We do not ship internationally.

 

5. TRACKING SHIPMENTS

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email, SMS, and a WhatsApp message with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number on the courier partner’s website.

 

6. DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS

You’re expected to make a video of the package while unboxing it. If you receive a damaged item or your order is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include providing a refund or replacement.

 

7. UNDELIVERED GOODS

If an order is not delivered at the delivery address provided during checkout within 10 days of the order date, please contact us at care@skindo.in. We’ll check with the courier and place a re-shipment order for you and ensure that you receive the product you paid for.

We do not provide any refunds based on undelivered items, as delivery is out of our control once an item has left our warehouse. No refunds will be given in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies because of wrong address/contact details.
  • The package was refused by the customer.
  • The customer ignores the courier company’s call and the package gets returned.

Under such cases, the buyer will be liable to pay ₹100 RTO charges to the courier company to return the package to our warehouse. The said product will be then reshipped again with the updated details and ₹60 delivery charge. No refund requests or design change requests will be entertained under such circumstances.
