Return Period

Our return policy allows 3 days from the date of item receipt, within which you may request a return. You can initiate a replacement within this timeframe if the product you received is wrong or damaged.

 

Replacement Process

To initiate a replacement, please get in touch with us at care@skindo.in. Kindly include a clear video illustrating the product’s defects and your Order ID for easy reference.

Upon receiving your email, our team will arrange to pick up the wrong item within 4 working days. Once we have received the product, we will promptly process your replacement, which will be dispatched within 3 working days. Our goal is to facilitate a smooth and efficient resolution to any concerns you may have regarding our products.

If you self-ship the defective item, we kindly request that you securely pack the item to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped replacements, we recommend using a reliable local courier service.

 

Replacement Eligibility

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once orders have been dispatched, refunds are not available. However, in instances of a wrong or damaged product, we solely provide replacements. For returns due to quality concerns, refunds are not available. However, if the replacement item is faulty or damaged, a full refund will be issued upon receiving the product.

Once you’re eligible for the refund, you will get the refund in your registered bank account within 7-14 days.

 

Damaged and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly inspect the items and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Skindo.in cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to the product by the customer.
