The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

 

INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS

 

Interpretation

The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Exchange Policy:

Business Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Skindo.in Located at #1, Ground Floor, 11/22/99, Rajendra Marg, Dhar, India – 454001

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the website.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to My Site, accessible from https://www.skindo.in

You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once a Customer places an order, it cannot be canceled, as the product is custom made for each order. The customer cannot cancel the order and demand a refund once the order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway.

Cancellation requests will only be considered:

  • If the Customer does not get the delivery of the ordered products within 15 days (in India) from the order date.
  • If the Company fails to ship the ordered products.
  • If the shipping location is not serviced by our contracted courier.

 

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If goods delivered to you are defective or not compatible with the selected device, you can return the product to us and we will either replace it or credit your Skindo Wallet for future purchases. You are eligible for a REFUND or EXCHANGE which are subject to the below terms:

All Items are eligible for return and would be processed if conditions are met.

You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:

Once your return request is approved, We will mail you with an address to ship your order. We will process your return, once we receive your shipment.

No Returns will be entertained if the customer wants to return the product for the reason that they don’t like it after the delivery or feels the product doesn’t match their expectations as all products are custom made by the Company after receiving the orders.

No Returns will be entertained if the customer wants to return the product for the reason of minor design and color variations. There will always be a slight variation in color between products you see online and products you get in hand.

 

REFUND POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to inform us within 24 hours of delivery and ship the goods within 3 days of delivery. If the product is damaged or used in any way, or you have initiated the return after 3 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Goods must be returned in their original packaging
  • Goods weren’t used or damaged
  • Goods must have a receipt or proof of purchase

After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Skindo Wallet where you can use the amount for future purchases. There will be no refunds for packages that are returned without email confirmation.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

The goods can’t be exchanged for a different model or color variation if everything is in perfect condition and compatible size. No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. Damaged products will only be exchanged by us as soon as brought to our notice. Customers are allowed to exchange goods only when the goods are damaged or not compatible with the size of the devices ordered. Customers have to inform within 24 hours. Exchanges exceeding this time will not be processed.

In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that these following conditions are met:

  • Goods must be returned in their original packaging
  • Goods weren’t used or damaged
  • Goods must have a receipt or proof of purchase

You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.

Your exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed.

You are given the right to exchange the item, One time. Provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.

Unfortunately, a product that was marked as a gift when purchased is not allowed to be Returned or Exchanged.

Unfortunately, a product that was marked as a Bundled item when purchased is not allowed to be Returned or Exchanged.

 

UNDELIVERED GOODS

If an order does not deliver at the delivery address provided during checkout within 10 days of the order date, please contact us at [email protected] We’ll check with the courier and place a re-shipment order for you and ensure that you receive the product you paid for.

We do not provide any refunds based on undelivered items, as delivery is out of our control once an item has left our warehouse. No refunds will be given in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies because of wrong address/contact details.
  • Package refused by the customer.
  • The customer ignores the courier company’s call and the package gets returned.

Under such cases, the buyer will be liable to pay ₹100 RTO charges to the courier company to return the package to our warehouse. The said product will be then reshipped again with the updated details and ₹60 delivery charge. No refund requests or design change requests will be entertained under such circumstances.
